Porto Velho, RO, 20 (AFI) – Já com a classificação garantida, o Porto Velho-RO fechou a primeira fase da Série D do Campeonato Brasileiro, com chave de ouro ao vencer o lanterna Humaitá-AC, pelo placar de 3 a 0, no estádio Aluizão, em Porto Velho. Agora, o time rondoniense aguarda a definição dos demais classificados para conhecer o seu adversário na segunda fase.
Com o resultado, o Porto Velho ficou na segunda colocação do Grupo A com 22 pontos. Já o Humaitá, do Acre, estava eliminado a algum tempo. Afinal, em 14 jogos, somou apenas um ponto e perdeu 13 duelos.

O Porto Velho dominou o duelo do começo ao fim da partida e abriu o placar aos 10 minutos. João Victor cruzou na área e Erivan cabeceou para o fundo da rede. Ainda no primeiro tempo, Caio Vinícius foi derrubado na área e o árbitro marcou pênalti.
