O Campeonato Brasileiro Feminino A3 só deve iniciar no mês de abril, segundo o calendário de competições da Confederação Brasileira de Futebol (CBF) para 2023, mas o elenco do Assermurb já está em campo trabalhando na pré-temporada.
Contando com a base campeã estadual da temporada e com a chegada de reforços, a equipe segue sendo comandada pela técnica Andréa Albuquerque. Os treinos, inicialmente focados na parte física, estão sendo realizados no campo da Assermurb, em Rio Branco (AC), desde a segunda semana deste mês de janeiro.

– Decidimos (iniciar a pré-temporada em janeiro) assim que terminou a competição (Campeonato Acreano). Queremos chegar bem fisicamente e fazer uma boa competição – diz Andréa Albuquerque sobre a decisão de começar a pré-temporada em janeiro.
De acordo com a treinadora, o elenco tem 15 jogadoras no momento, incluindo três reforços que atuaram pelo Andirá no estadual 2022: a lateral-esquerda Samela, a zagueira Rainara e a atacante Thaila.
Andréa Albuquerque aguarda para o mês de fevereiro a chegada de mais três jogadoras, todas que defenderam o Sena Madureira: a volante Jocicleide, a meia Pâmela e a atacante Taila.
A Assermurb foi campeã acreana invicta na temporada passada e garantiu vaga para representar o estado no Campeonato Brasileiro Feminino A3.
